At Nest + Pine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
- You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Return Process
- Submit a Return Request – Contact our support team at nestandpine@gmail.com or visit our Returns Portal to start the process.
- Ship Your Item – Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions, including the return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Receive Your Refund or Exchange – Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within X business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
